We build our lamps to give you exactly that—the kind of punchy, reliable heat that gets your parts to the right temperature without accidentally torching the material.
Getting the Heat Where It Needs to Be
We use short-wave infrared (SWIR) radiation. In plain English? We cram a lot of wattage into a small quartz tube. This creates a massive burst of heat that sinks deep into the powder fast. You need that speed. If the heat ramps up too slowly, the powder can sag or run down your vertical surfaces, and then you’re spending your afternoon sanding and re-doing work. Our high-voltage setups let us push more power through the filament without making the current a nightmare to manage. If your conveyor is flying, these lamps make sure your parts are cured in seconds. Just a heads-up: this much heat is tough on your reflectors. Keep them polished. If they get dirty or dull, you’re basically throwing away 20% of your heat.
Built for the Grind
We use high-purity quartz glass because these things go through a lot. They heat up, cool down, and heat up again—constantly. Cheap glass would just shatter from the thermal shock. We also spent a lot of time on the filaments. We made sure they stay stable so you don’t get those annoying “hot spots” that cause uneven curing or kill the lamp early. And don’t worry about the installation. These are designed to be drop-in replacements for the big global brands. We use standard industrial connectors, so you can just wire them in and get back to work. No need to mess with your jigs. Just make sure the fit is tight. Any air gaps in the socket can cause arcing, and that’s a quick way to fry a connector.
Does it Actually Work?
We aren’t interested in the numbers printed on a label. Wattage is one thing, but what actually matters is how much heat (the mW/cm²) is actually hitting your part.
