Why this actually works It’s not just about “more heat.” It’s about how that heat actually hits your parts. We lean heavily on shortwave infrared because it cuts through the powder layer way faster than just blowing hot air around. When you put in fresh elements, your parts hit that curing temperature much quicker. And when that happens? You can crank up the conveyor speed. More parts out the door, less waiting around.
